From Concept design through to final product. IMMICO are able to support its customers using state of the art 3D software packages and manufacturing techniques.
This project was given too IMMICO with basic pipe geometry. The project at hand;
- Develop a compensator suitable for the Deutz engine but with reduced size complications from the customer.
- Finalise the pipe design to suit the compensator length/ ensure bend radii’s and flange connections were all accepted
- Develop the insulation design to suit the surrounding items of the engine.
- Produce A-Sample testing set
